The article looks at the Italian debate around informal constitutional transformations, particularly around the role of the Constitutional Court. Beginning from its establishment, the Court is a very important player inside the constitutional system development. Today the Italian Constitutional Court does not have just the role to control and restrain power: it has become the only one supporter of the cooperation among all constitutional subjects (form justices to political powers) for a shared interpretation of the Constitution and for an evolution of the right usagese of the Constituion text.
