Using modern nucleon-nucleon interactions in the descritpion on A = 3, 4 nuclei, it is not possible to reproduce both the three- and four-nucleon binding energies. This is one manifestation of the need to include a three-nucleon force in the nuclear Hamiltonian. In this paper we will analyze the parametrization of some three-nucleon force models and their capability to describe simultaneously the aforementioned binding energies and selected N − d low energy scattering observables.

Abstract
Using modern nucleon-nucleon interactions in the descritpion on A = 3, 4 nuclei, it is not possible to reproduce both the three- and four-nucleon binding energies. This is one manifestation of the need to include a three-nucleon force in the nuclear Hamiltonian. In this paper we will analyze the parametrization of some three-nucleon force models and their capability to describe simultaneously the aforementioned binding energies and selected N − d low energy scattering observables.File in questo prodotto:
