The authors suggest an interpretive key of the theoretical model of financial statements proposed by Aldo Amaduzzi. He made an original contribution to the study of "Economia aziendale" meticulously investigating aspects of financial and economic nature related to management compared to which capital and income are merely derived aspects. A further touch of originality in Amaduzzi s studies is found in the interests that gravitate inside and outside of the company and are such that they affect not only the conditions of the general equilibrium of the same company, but also the preparation and interpretation of financial statements.
