This research aims at illustrating the job matching in Apulia Region. The study has three main purposes: (i) examining the institutional frame and the regulations of labour market in Italy and particularly in Apulia; (ii) highlighting the regional organisational system and the socio-economic framework; (iii) proposing a field research, involving institutional stakeholders.
