The paper investigates the field of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem's Governance in order to evaluate the relation between entrepreneurial ecosystem and governance and to define a framework able to launch, develop and sustain the ecosystem over time. From an analysis on heterogeneous sample of people linked to start-ups and spin-offs of University of Salento, several issues of entrepreneurial context are emerged. The framework proposed, leveraging on triple helix approach, foresees work's paths in which three helices acting synergistically and hold the operational procedures coming from four models of business ecosystem. Additionally, we take into account the business environment's dynamicity, encompassing evolutionary paths able to support the business evolution of a single business unit (and related Technology Readiness Level) that operate in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The framework aims at guaranteeing sustainability to the business ecosystem network and allowing to each actor the possibility to change its modus operandi depending on the change that happens. The framework proposed was applied to create a 'control cabin' able to manage the entrepreneurial ecosystem of spin-offs and start-ups of University of Salento. This allows us to investigate about the research hypothesis and obtain a first assessment of the framework's goodness.

Abstract
This allows us to investigate about the research hypothesis and obtain a first assessment of the framework's goodness.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
