The general objective of this work is to identify, analyze and propose a "hybrid" work model in order to improve the value of the production of health service centers. The “hybrid” model will be applyed to the time-dependent clinical networks of the Puglia Region, focusing on the case of trauma network. The health system is profoundly changing due to an increasingly complex demand for health. From this assumption, it can be defined that it must respond optimally to the emerging health demand. Italy and European countries are introducing organizational tool for clinical network management and the therapeutical, diagnostical, and care pathways (PDTA). This tool needs a flexible monitoring system that can help optimize and make efficient all service delivery processes. In the hybrid concept of management control, in order to optimally design systems for taking care of patients in healthcare companies, we want to demonstrate that if clinical networks represent the hardware of the new National Healthcare System, PDTA is the software that allows the complex healthcare organizational machine to operate. It is therefore necessary, from this examination, to try to demonstrate how much a hybrid model can represent a innovation process in the chaotic relationship between costs, functions and value of production. In this framework, healthcare companies must aim to guarantee budget balance, imposed by law, and the effective application and delivery of the Essential Assistance Levels (LEA).

Abstract
In this framework, healthcare companies must aim to guarantee budget balance, imposed by law, and the effective application and delivery of the Essential Assistance Levels (LEA).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
