Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) are going through a period of profound changes geared towards digitization and sustainability of their activities and assets. A fundamental support for this transition is represented by a correct awareness and management of their own business processes that can lead a company towards a business process reengineering. With the aim of supporting CCIs in this objective, the paper wants to present a model for processes maturity evaluation specific for companies operating in this sector. The model is validated through the application in a practical case. Interesting implications for processes analysis, change and improvement in CCIs are also discussed in the paper.
