Il procedimento davanti al giudice di pace

The proceedings before the Justice of the Peace have been streamlined and simplified. Some of the most significant measures are the redefinition of the jurisdiction by value, in line with the indications of l. 116/17, the adoption of the new simplified procedure, which aligns the trial before the honorary judge to the proceedings before the court in monocratic composition, and the implementation of the telematic trial. This research investigates the impact of these innovations, highlighting related issues and gaps, such as the missing recognition of the conciliatory function of the Justice of the Peace.
