This article discusses the peculiarities of teaching the grammatical theme of the type of Russian verbs aspect to the students of Italian universities studying Russian as a foreign language. In particular, it is studied the feasibility of presenting to students of such categories as a way of a verb action in Russian and an appropriate way of expressing a way of acting a verb in Italian is considered, a comparative classification of this category in two languages is also presented; The report covers, among other things, the importance of semantic features of verbs, as well as the classification of telic and non-telic verbs in the Russian language with some examples translated into Italian. The final part of the report presents the results of the practical test work that students underwent after the lesson with theoretical explanations based on the concepts presented in this report. The purpose of this test was to test the effectiveness of the developed teaching system.
