We introduce a novel approach that integrates variational analysis, fuzzy uncertainty, and multi-criteria methods to analyse the adoption of smart farming practices in environments marked by spatial diversity and uncertain comprehension of the primary factors influencing adoption. Our approach considers both local factors specific to rural areas and external factors, such as the influence of non-local information sources, including innovative platforms and trans-regional networks. This methodology can be employed to assess the effectiveness of policies aimed at enhancing the acquisition of smart innovations in the agricultural sector.

Abstract
We introduce a novel approach that integrates variational analysis, fuzzy uncertainty, and multi-criteria methods to analyse the adoption of smart farming practices in environments marked by spatial diversity and uncertain comprehension of the primary factors influencing adoption. Our approach considers both local factors specific to rural areas and external factors, such as the influence of non-local information sources, including innovative platforms and trans-regional networks. This methodology can be employed to assess the effectiveness of policies aimed at enhancing the acquisition of smart innovations in the agricultural sector.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
