The conference Physics and Mathematics of Nonlinear Phenomena 2015 (PMNP2015; 20-27 June 2015, Gallipoli, Lecce, Italy) follows the highly successful 2013 edition, and continues the traditional series of conferences on Nonlinear Physics, held in Gallipoli and organized by the research group on Nonlinear Physics of Università del Salento. The main topics of the conference include: i) Continuous, discrete and tropical classical and quantum integrable systems; ii) Hamiltonian, critical and geometric structures of integrable equations of nonlinear mathematical physics; iii) Integrable systems in quantum field theory and matrix models; iv) Applications of nonlinear integrable systems in physics; v) Models of nonlinear phenomena in physics. Speakers include: F. Calogero (Università di Roma `La Sapienza', Italy), L. Chekhov (Steklov Mathematical Institute, Moscow, Russia), B. Dubrovin (SISSA, Trieste, Italy), L. Fehér (University of Szeged and Wigner RCP, Budapest, Hungary), V. Kac (MIT, USA), Y. Kodama (Ohio State University, USA), A. Kuniba (University of Tokyo, Japan), E.
